We are currently looking for Agencies to host a training class. Hosting is FREE with some stipulations. If you are interested in hosting a class at your Agency, please click the Hosting Link below to read about our class hosting requirements. By hosting a class in your area, you can get free (and reduced-fee) entry for your officers, AND you help surrounding agencies by giving them an opportunity to have a specialized class like this in their area!

TO REGISTER:
You can either download a Printable Form and mail it to us, or complete the Online Form below. The form below is for individual signups. If more than one person from your Agency will be attending, please download the Printable Form using the Download Registration Form link below.

PAYMENT INFO:
Cost of the training is $90/person. Payment is due prior to the start of the course; you can either mail it to us or bring it with you on the day of the class. We accept either personal, Agency or City Government checks. We currently do *not* accept credit cards for payment for these classes. Checks should be made payable to: Zubyx LLC.

CANCELLATIONS:
While we understand the different schedules Agency personnel work, refunds for the course will be given for cancellations up to 5 days prior to the date of training. If you have signed up, we highly recommend that you send a substitute in your place for this training.
